When the nice girl behind the Blossomin' Potato and Bloomin' Onion (both $6) stand at the SWB Yankees offered me the freshest batch of potatoes, she did not realize I was new to the game. I was so busy enjoying my Black & Tan - $6 made with real Harp and Guinness! - that I did not notice the cooking oil seeping through the paper. Didn't notice it until the guy in front of me abandoned his seat. Yikes. You can see what happened. Even if I did not have a Tide pen, however, I would still say these interconnected potato chips have made it to the top of the snack food list. In fact, I did say that seven hours ago.
How do they make it? Peel all around the potato? Anyone? Anyone?
