Yes I spent the afternoon on YouTube. Yes it was pretty much my first time doing so. Yes there is a ton of crap on YouTube, but there's also some good stuff, some Very SG stuff like: Okonomiyaki & Soccer, a little video by a guy traveling in Japan. He calls himself the Gaijin Guide. He says he's in Europe now but I like this video. Stick with it, the best part is the okonomiyaki preparation and soundtrack.
