frozen lemonade aka lemon ice

speaking of lemonade, I'm not exactly sure why these things are called frozen lemonade. and seeing the minute maid logo only makes me think concentrate, which is not appealing at all, unless you have liters of water, or perhaps beer. I did think about this earlier when planning my shandy but I did not have a cup.

a guy near my seat - not the one with the yankees pinstripe RL oxford (pictured) - told the guy next to him that he'd rather have a fresh lemonade than one of those frozens. even so, frozen lemonade is a popular item at yankee stadium. is it everywhere?
