J Evans of Scranton has reminded me to tell you about the Down Home Pudding now served at PNC Field... The Down Home Pudding stand is between home plate and 1st base on the 1st level of the stadium. They sell homemade pudding made locally in their kitchen in Factoryville. I had the "Puddin' Cone", pudding in a waffle cone with whipped cream and a cherry. It was delicious! They also sell chocolate dipped cheesecake and bananas. It's nice to have something different to choose from. Thanks for writing in, J. SG does have a picture of this stand but cannot upload due to severe technical difficulties (need new hard drive). I'll put it up when I can. I tasted Down Home Pudding's tapioca, which was quite nice. TFMG had a sort of parfait, which he enjoyed immensely, being a huge fan of chocolate pudding. And more importantly, J is spot on by mentioning how nice it is to have some variety in ballpark foods, especially a local product. the SWB Yankees next home game is 7pm Friday, June 22 v the Syracuse Skychiefs (triple-A Toronto).
