outdoor yoga and kashi, perfect together

is yoga a sport? well, it's in the family. today was the Self mag workout in the park. a fun event, even if the weather had not been so perfect. I had my face checked for skin cancer (don't have it), took a Buff Yoga class (managable), got some free socks and water, and ate a bowl of kashi cereal. next saturday, the same event will take place in Miami. info: www.selfworkoutinthepark.com
