International Swimming Hall of Fame

It's real and it's in Fort Lauderdale, just across the street from the beach and a number of waterfront restaurants. Think I'm stretching the boundaries of SG? maybe. but probably not if you're a swimmer, diver, water polo player, synchronized swimmer, or coach. I had lunch today at Sangrias (221 S. Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard). Fantastic location (just north of Las Olas, across the street from the beach) and decent food. I'm not saying it's true Mexican or that things couldn't have used a zap of spice/flavor, but the fish in the tacos was light and tempura-like and the tuna in the burrito was tender and had a nice rub on it. And it's five minutes walk from honoring the honored swimmers.
