During the Seventh Inning of every home game - next: May 28, 1pm v. Atlanta - the Brewers have a Sausage Race. Sausage bios are part of another post (below), what's most important to know is that there are 5 Racing Sausages (Bratwurst, Hot Dog, Italian Sausage, Polish Sausage, and Chorizo). Chorizo, the newest racer, will be honored on July 15th with his own bobblehead. More on that later.
