that's the outdoor space at Pedro's on Jay Street. best tacos? maybe in dumbo (since they're the only) and certainly when you're in the middle of a 42-mile ride.
Today is Bike New York aka the Five-Borough Bike Tour. It's perfect bike weather - sunny and cool.
