the SJGiants need food concessions staff and Turkey MIke's BBQ servers...can someone tell me about Turkey Mike's? Details: Provide wait service to guests in specific seating areas; solicit and relay concessions orders to the BBQ for order fulfillment, deliver products to guests to complete the transaction; etc. All Concessions and Turkey Mikes BBQ Servers must meet certain qualifications to be eligible to serve. Qualifications include: previous restaurant or retail experience; excellent communication skills and customer service, proficient organization and problem-solving skills, and availability to work a variety of hours including weekdays, weekends and most evenings. Turkey Mike’s is an outdoor BBQ pit, with most of the food prepared on-site. Turkey Mike’s BBQ Staff must have a strong work ethic, be friendly with fans and co-workers, and be prepared to handle large crowds. Positions: cooks, servers, and cashiers. Qualifications include: prior restaurant and/or cash handling experience; strong organizational and customer service skills; and availability to work a variety of hours including weekdays, weekends and most evenings.
