what's new with the Pirates?

The Pirates have a new scoreboard but SG is more interested in the new foods: Frozen non-alcoholic drinks, Starbucks coffee, pizza by the slice, Crab cake sandwich platters (slaw + chips) and beef brisket sandwiches are debuting at today's opener. You'll have to come back later in the season for lobster rolls. Also available today, the Bucco Taco, the Pirates version of a local high-school snack called the Walking Taco (a bag of crushed fritos and taco meat, eaten with a fork). The Bucco Taco will come in a cup and basically be a bowl of chili with toppings over corn chips. Bringing Your Own? Soft coolers no bigger than 16 x 16 x 8 (inches) and the food that fits inside can come into PNC Park. Water bottles no bigger than 24-oz are okay, as are juice boxes (the kids kind).
