10,500 hot dogs and 6,000 bags of peanuts expected (by Aramark) to be consumed by at today's Houston opener: Astros v. Pirates at 6:05pm (CT). Minute Maid Park seats 40,950 but there are seats available so not sure how many fans will attend.
This year's new food: Rosa's Taqueria - Grilled Beer or Chicken Fajitas + Home Made Tortillas, Home Plate Panini Company - Paninis, Cheesesteak, Club Sandwiches, Wraps
