If you have that passion, we want to hear from you. Delaware North is proud to announce its 2007 Culinary Internship Program. This ten week program offers the up and coming culinary professional a great opportunity to live the life of full service Ballpark Operations. Sportservice, the general concessionaire, and Well Bread, our fine dining division, are looking for Culinary Program Students to receive hands-on experience at our operations at Jacobs Field. You will have the opportunity to work all areas of the operations from Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Volume Production, Luxury Suites and Concessions. As part of your training, you will spend time in the following areas: Luxury Suites 2 Weeks; Casual Dining 2 Weeks; Concessions 2 Weeks; Volume Production & Purchasing 2 Weeks; Fine Dining 2 Weeks During your time in each discipline, you will learn all aspects of the operation, culinary production, display set up, ordering, purchasing, scheduling, planning and execution of events. Delaware North is currently searching for 4-5 individuals to fill these Culinary Internships. Previous experience in a culinary school/program is required.
